I review the store, product feed and Merchant Center together, identify the issues that may be blocking approval, and help correct them before another Google review is requested.
Semstar manages Google Ads for ecommerce brands. Merchant Center suspension support is available to legitimate online retailers more broadly.
For legitimate ecommerce businesses prepared to correct genuine website, account or product-data issues. Google makes every final decision, so reinstatement cannot be guaranteed.
Correct the underlying website, feed and account problems first. A suspension is rarely solved by changing the wording of an appeal while leaving the same issues in place.
Recent recovery evidence
Real outcomes, with client details removed.
These are selected Misrepresentation policy-review completion notices from recovery work Alex handled. They demonstrate experience with diagnosis and remediation; they are not a promise that Google will reach the same decision in every case.

Selected recovery cases
What was actually wrong, and what changed.
These anonymised summaries are drawn from previous suspension audits and successful review notices. Client identities and account details are withheld.
01
Established UK ecommerce retailer
Business details and customer policies contradicted Merchant Center.
Diagnosis
The address shown in Merchant Center did not match the store. The account described returns as free while the live policy said customers might pay, and a sampled feed price differed from the product page.
Work completed
Seller details and return terms were aligned, the product feed was refreshed and representative prices were checked through the purchase journey.
Outcome
Google completed the subsequent review and the Misrepresentation issue no longer appeared in the account.
02
International ecommerce retailer
The local storefront was still sending signals from another market.
Diagnosis
The site exposed a different country's business identity in structured data. Legal seller details, phone information, delivery terms, warranty wording and product prices were also inconsistent.
Work completed
Market-specific seller information, structured data, policies and checkout details were aligned, unsupported trust claims were removed and the feed was resynchronised.
Outcome
Google completed the subsequent review and the Misrepresentation issue no longer appeared in the account.
03
Specialist ecommerce retailer
Product claims and missing policy pages weakened the whole store.
Diagnosis
Product copy made claims that were not suitable for the advertising destination. The cookie policy was effectively empty, delivery and returns pages were missing, and identity details varied across the store.
Work completed
Product copy was rewritten around supportable benefits, core customer policies were published and the seller information was made consistent across the site.
Outcome
Google completed the subsequent review and the Misrepresentation issue no longer appeared in the account.
Past outcomes are evidence of experience, not a guarantee. Google independently decides every review.
What gets investigated
Finding the underlying inconsistency, not guessing at appeal wording.
Google can assess the complete business presentation, not only the product feed. The recovery work therefore examines the store, policies, product data and account setup together.
01
Business identity
Company, contact and domain details presented consistently and transparently.
02
Store policies
Shipping, returns, refunds, payments and customer-support information.
03
Checkout and trust
Working purchase journeys, secure payment and credible customer-facing information.
04
Feed-to-site consistency
Prices, availability, landing pages, identifiers and product details that agree.
05
Merchant Center setup
Diagnostics, verification, linked accounts, markets and relevant account history.
06
Claims and presentation
Promotions, product claims and business information that could create policy concerns.
The recovery process
A controlled route back to review.
The first assessment establishes whether the business is within scope. Full diagnosis and remediation begin only after the work and price have been agreed.

Feedback from a Google Ads management client
“We would definitely recommend working with Alex. He is proactive, data-driven, and genuinely focused on improving performance rather than simply managing campaigns.
For any brand looking for a reliable PPC manager who can help scale paid media efficiently while keeping a close eye on ROI, we would absolutely recommend Alex.”

Common questions
What to know before starting.
Can you guarantee that Google will reinstate the account?
No. I can diagnose likely causes, complete or coordinate the agreed corrections and help prepare the account for review. Google independently controls review timing and the final decision.
Should I submit another review immediately?
Not until the underlying issues have been investigated and the necessary corrections are live. Google may limit how often reviews can be requested, so each available attempt should be treated carefully.
What access will you need?
The assessment starts with your store URL, the exact suspension message and your review history. Read-only account access may be requested later for a full diagnosis. I will never ask you to send a password.
Can you help after one or more failed reviews?
Potentially. I will first assess what has already been changed, how previous reviews were handled and whether a cooldown or other restriction is active.
How long does recovery take?
The remediation time depends on the store, feed and account history. Google’s own review time is outside Semstar’s control, so I do not promise a fixed reinstatement date.
Is this the same as a standard Merchant Center audit?
No. A standard audit looks for optimisation opportunities. Suspension recovery is an urgent policy-remediation engagement focused on correcting the issues blocking eligibility.
