Google Ads case study · Home furnishings
Scaling attributed conversion value by 164% while maintaining a 10.37x reported ROAS.
A focused programme of Performance Max, feed and budget changes supported substantially more spend, reported conversions and Google Ads-attributed conversion value for an anonymised home furnishings retailer.
The approach
Simple changes, applied with discipline.
The account did not need unnecessary complexity. It needed better product inputs, a clear role for Performance Max and closer control over budgets and search terms.
The objective was to support materially more spend while protecting the efficiency visible in Google Ads reporting. The comparison uses two equal 153-day periods.
- 01Built a simple feed-only Performance Max campaign
- 02Optimised the product feed
- 03Adjusted budgets as performance data developed
- 04Trimmed inefficient search terms

“We would definitely recommend working with Alex. He is proactive, data-driven, and genuinely focused on improving performance rather than simply managing campaigns.
For any brand looking for a reliable PPC manager who can help scale paid media efficiently while keeping a close eye on ROI, we would absolutely recommend Alex.”
Measurement note
How to read these figures.
Figures come from Google Ads reporting and represent attributed conversion value rather than independently audited business revenue or profit. Reported conversions may include fractional or modelled conversions. The comparison periods are equal in length but cover different seasons and do not constitute a controlled experiment. Results are client-specific and are not guarantees of future performance.
